Exchange and Return Policy

Your style is supposed to feel right. If it doesn't, we'll help you fix it.

Madsto wants every one of your purchases to turn out joyful for you; however, we realize that sometimes something might not fit just right or meet your expectations. Thus, our return and exchange policy is intended to be very simple to understand and customer-friendly so that you can enjoy a hassle-free experience when having to return an item or get it exchanged.
 
Return/Exchange Eligibility:

Items can be returned or exchanged up to 7 calendar days from the day of delivery. To be eligible for exchange or return, the item should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these requirements will be considered ineligible for return/exchange.
 
Return Process

We have an online portal for return initiation during this timeline, as mentioned in the eligibility. Your request will be reviewed by our team, and if approved, return instructions will be provided. After approving the return, our courier partner will pick it up from the address you provided. Ensure that the item is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit.
 
When we receive the returned item, it will be inspected by our quality control team to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If all is well, we will notify you of a refund being approved. Refunds that are approved will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer, once your account details are confirmed. 
 
Exchange

If you want to exchange for another size, colour, or style, please let us know while you are initiating the return of the item. Exchanges are based on availability of the item in question. If it is in stock, we will hold it for you and ship it once we have received the original in good condition. However, if the replacement is out of stock, we will provide you with other options or refund/store credit, depending on what you prefer.

Exchange/replacement product can be delivered in 7-10 days.
 
Damaged or Wrong Items:

For damaged, defective, or wrong products, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund the item free of charge. Please also add clear pictures of the product along with packaging for quicker resolution.
