Processing Your Order

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email notifying you of your successful order once placing it.

Processing Timings: All orders are usually processed and dispatched between the first and second working days following confirmation of payment. Our team works very hard to see that all items are packed carefully and dispatched within a minimum time.

Weekend and Holidays Orders: An order placed on the weekend or public holidays will be processed the next working day. Thanks for your patience.

Out of Stock Items: In the case of an out-of-stock item within the order request or an item taking longer for processing, we will get back to you with alternative options immediately or provide you with the estimated date of restock.
 
Shipping Timelines

We ship anywhere in India, and the delivery timelines differ by location:

Metro: It generally takes between 3 and 5 working days from the dispatch date for deliveries. 

Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: They usually take between 5 to 7 working days for delivery.

Remote or Rural Areas: 7 to 10 working days, depending upon the logistics viability.
 
This is how estimated times for delivery can vary in unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical difficulties, or peak demand periods.
 
Shipping Partners & Tracking

We have tied up with the best courier service partners to track your order to reach you safely and on time. After your order is dispatched, you will be getting an email or SMS confirmation with a tracking link.
 
Shipping Charges

For Standard Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: A nominal shipping charge may apply for prepaid and COD orders, which will be displayed during checkout. These charges cover additional costs involved with COD services.
 
International Shipping:

At present, we ship only within India.
