Product Information
We endeavour to offer the correct description, imagery, and pricing of all products. However, due to certain variances of actual color in comparison to what is seen on the internet, colors may differ slightly due to monitor display characteristics and lighting during the product photo shoot.
Sizing guides are available for reference; however, slight variations from the measurements indicated could be due to variations in design or in fabrics.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices on the website are inclusive of all applicable taxes such as GST.

Codes discount or promotional offers could be provided here or during checkout occasionally. These codes cannot be stacked unless explicitly mentioned.
Promos & Offers
Promos may be time-sensitive and/or minimum order value dependent. Madsto reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions without prior notice. Misuse of any promotional codes including sharing or reselling may lead to cancellation of your order.
Order Acceptance and Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for reasons, including:
Product out of stock Incorrect pricing or typographical errors Payment issues Suspected fraudulent activity Should there be an order cancellation, notice would be given to the customer notifying the cancellation and arranging a refund in full. Customers may also request cancelation of their orders before dispatch. However, cancellation of orders is not acceptable after dispatch and will have to be dealt with according to our return policy.

All matters to do with madsto.in, including terms and conditions, policies, and any legal issues, shall be governed and construed under the laws of India. All legal disputes will be settled in the courts in Karnataka, India, which is the place of registration and headquarters of Madsto.
